Berberine, wrapped in a lipid sphere
Berberine from Indian barberry is a famously difficult molecule to absorb. The Liposomic process encloses the extract in microscopic lipid spheres, built from the same lecithin listed on the label, so more of what is in the capsule reaches you.
In the manufacturer's own comparison, the liposomal format measured around six times the absorption of a standard berberine extract. The figure is Camillotek's internal measurement, shown as an illustration of relative absorption of the ingredient only. It says nothing about effects in the body.
