Sixteen vitamins and minerals reach at least 15% of the recommended daily allowance per serving. Vitamin A, at 70%, contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and of normal skin. Copper, at 58%, and vitamin B12, at 50%, both contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and B12 also to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin D, at 50%, contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal muscle function. Zinc, at 33%, and vitamin C, at 25%, both contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
